We are an innovative boutique Toronto real estate brokerage looking for a Receptionist/Administrative assistant for a part time (evenings and weekends) position. Our ideal candidate is a well rounded, organized individual who is a digital native. Advanced computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Googling) including being comfortable on social media networks is a must. Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering phones, filing, processing real estate listings, helping with ad hoc marketing campaigns and keeping databases up to date.
