The role Sage Real Estate plays for its salespeople goes far beyond deal administration.  Sage provides its agents with the tools they need to grow their businesses, and then provides the support needed to do exactly that.

Step One.

Business Planning Sage sits down with its salespeople to review and analyze the manner in which they have previously conducted their businesses and then, with them, develops a relevant and detailed action plan to help them move their businesses forward to the level they would like to attain.

Step Two.

Execution – Sage Real Estate actually steps in and takes over much of the execution of the action plan.  Some of Sage’s greatest assistance and value is in the execution of its agents’ marketing initiatives. This provides salespeople with the time to focus on such higher gain activities as customer service and client relationship development.

Time and again Sage has heard from its agents that if Sage was not there to execute their campaigns, they would simply have let them fall by the wayside.

For example: should an agent’s business plan call for a monthly direct mailer to their farm area, Sage’s marketing department will design the piece, send it off to the printers, and then complete all the paperwork for Canada Post.
